You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Custom or final sale items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return:

• Email us at miniandmethreads@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Ship your item to the address below, including your order number inside the package.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
